December 2013

All four boys in the tub together!
Sweet Baby B

Alan and Will had a fun night at the Sun's game- 3rd row seats!
We celebrated Sarah's birthday with Tea at the Biltmore Resort- we had so much fun!
Loved catching my Alex curled up by the fire with a good book.
Dr. Fish's Annual Christmas Party- it was a great excuse to get dressed up and spend a few hours with NO KIDS.
The Brower's came over for our annual Scones and Hot Chocolate evening as we watch the First Presidency Christmas Devotional.
 Jakey loves peanut butter!
Our ward had a "Back to Bethlehem" Christmas Party this year. It was a great evening. We borrowed clothing from Sarah's nativity box. Jake REFUSED to wear his clothing. We could NOT convince him. Finally Alan tied a scarf around him and we called it a loincloth and that was that. He was the HIT of the party! Our little King Jake.
We had FHE with the cousins and worked together on a Secret Santa Project.

Alan had a fun office party- he surprised his employees with a limo ride and a handful of cash for each to spend at the mall- they loved it!
Loaves of Cinnamon bread all wrapped up for Jake's teachers and bus-drivers.
Jakes class had a PJ Party- I loved meeting all of his classmates.

 Lunchdate with Dad
Alex had a date night with dad at the office to get caught up on some projects. He told Alan, "We need to do that more often dad." He loved the one on one time.
Jake loves to help with Baby Nate
We took the boys up to the Scottsdale Train Park, they loved it!

Our annual Teacher Lunch Delivery. We've been doing this for several years now. We send out a poem to all of our boys teachers to the tune of "Twas the Night before Christmas." We have them each fill out an order form and then the week before Christmas the boys deliver lunches to each of them. It is always a HUGE hit, and the boys love delivering to their teachers!
The California Curtis Cousins stayed with us for a few days, we loved having them!
Christmas Sunday!

Christmas Eve Caroling at the Gilbert Temple
We had the local zone of missionaries join us for Christmas Eve dinner! It was a wonderful evening!
 All READY!

 The aftermath
We had to work on Jake's Birthday invitations on Christmas Day so we could get them out before we left for Cabo San Lucas!
Mom and Dad gave us a trip to Cabo with all of my siblings who could make it for Christmas- it was a blast!

Back home with the boys. Fun New Years Day Hike and Waffles with Mom and Dad who came home with us straight from Cabo. We love having them visit!
