We're finally back home after a month away (and much needed break from the Arizona heat.) Alex, Will and I had a great 3 weeks in Idaho and Park City spending time with my parents who were home from Guatemala for the month, seeing friends and hanging out with cousins. It was so nice to spend time outside in normal summer weather! Alan joined us and my entire family for the last week at Lake Tahoe. We'd never been and we LOVED it! Having the mountains and the beach all in one place was totally ideal. My whole family (all 28 of us) were together and it was a blast. We had beach days, picnics in the mountains, rock-skipping on a river, great meals, family bike rides, late-nights playing games, lots of time with cousins, and we even found time for a nap or two. It was a great trip- sad to say goodbye to my parents, once again, but we had a great month!!

Now you know why we love Tahoe so much! You'll have to come back again someday...and call us to meet you for a swim! Glad you had such a great time. How fun to have everyone together!
